So Brock is back to "normal" so I know his issue was eating chicken. I think he might have gotten a bowl full of Yuki's kitten dry. I haven't seen Fry go but he is still eating.
Yuki is still up in the air. Not sure about him. Going to just keep an eye on him for now. If he seems to feel unwell, he will go to the vet. He drinks enough water that I am not worried about dehydration. We were going to send some poo in to get checked for worms this morning but now that Brock has gone normal, we know it isn't worms.
Darn cats making me worry.

Been having knee pain. Did one simple exercise and it is gone. That is nuts!
You straighten your legs out while sitting on the floor. Then you pull one knee into the ground to constrict the muscle. Then lift your leg while holding about a foot up and back down, doing this 10 times for each knee. That is it. I am blown away.

That sounds like too much hard work, but it's awesome that it worked for you!
Ah, yeah, you're right, looks fairly straight forward. Might try that, granted my knees have dissolved cartilage from cipro poisoning, so if it will benefit or not is hard to say, but worth a shot!
