Yeah try it, it is supposed to work for people with arthritis and stuff as well. I was shocked. I did it 10 times on each knee and no pain. Hardly any clicking or popping now either.

For real, I miss when Seto and the Livid one were regulars too. Hopefully they'll both come back as regulars early next year.

I feel a bit bad about Jay, I feel like it's my fault he doesn't post anymore, I read what he wrote on his profile, didn't realize he felt that way. If he does come back, I'll be sure to ease off my own posting so he hopefully doesn't feel the same. Jay-Ashley's fairly busy these days, she stops by when she can :)

We've pretty much exhausted DB content discussions and there's not much else new going on in Super. I guess I'm just not as excited as I used to be. And then there's other threads that typically turn into a back and forth banter between Beerus and SKG, so by the time I get there I'm lost in either off-topic posts or someone else already made the point I was going to make.

I do have a tendency to have a little too much fun when I post, though, so it goes off topic at times. I think that gets to people.

I can understand Beerus flooding DBF, but I agree that maybe you can ease up on the posting since you're not a staff member.
