Do you think we will ever see "different species" fusion?

By different species, I mean races from different planets. We have seen the Saiyans fuse, but what about a Saiyan and a Namekian?

I don't know how that would look but it would be interesting. I am not sure that would work however because of the differences in DNA. Then again, I don't think it matters with a potara fusion.

I mean, Goku thought about fusing with Dende and Hercule (I can't remember if this was Anime only, however), so it's not out of the realm of possibility.

Maybe Gohan & Piccolo will fuse in the new movie. Gamma 1 & 2 scream "we're meant to fuse" to me. If it doesn't happen there, I don't see it happening though.
