I think I caused a magnesium deficiency by eating too much sugar and drinking coffee daily. I was eating a butt-ton of sugar and I haven't been sleeping well from pain (I have lower back and hip pain). Started having panic attacks where I would tense up my stomach very hard and had trouble eating. I think that made my stomach have issues. So I have to stay calm so it can heal.Dang. Anything in particular triggering it?
