So I want to know about something....

In terms of strength and growth, which would be considered stronger overall? Would it be Ultra Instinct or Ultra Ego?

They're two sides of the same coin, more or less. UE harnesses GoD power while UI harnesses god ki or even angelic ki. While UE focuses on battle lust abandoning morality to boost power to unlimited potential. UI is the opposite and one has to completely let go of themselves to just react to whatever comes.

But angelic power is greater than GoD power, no? Or at least has the potential to be greater than it.

I don't think the angels have a different ki per say. I think they're just stronger beings in general over the other gods and destroyers. It's definitely divine, but it's never been stated that it's something outside the spectrum of what we understand god ki to be in the series. Only hakai is a wholly unique energy to the GoDs.
