Uh oh lol

Could just be water weight going up. Most people carry 5 to 10 pounds of water cause we don't drink enough. My weight will go up as much as 5lbs when not drinking enough water.
I suppose. This past week I've been drinking a large glass of water, and then every time I go to pee, I get a new one. I was at my parents' over the weekend. I did eat some crap, but I didn't expect it to go up like crazy. But I definitely didn't drink as much water, either.

If you ate sodium heavy food and didn't drink enough that is enough to do it. I can physically see when I am retaining cause my calves get puffy lol

Water retention it is! lol I don't eat much bread but when I do my weight goes up 3 pounds just from that. Happened this weekend cause I had a burger Friday and Chick-fil-A yesterday lol
That's good to know. I've been going for a walk/runs (about 1 mile) every morning and we did a 5km walk (3 miles) on Saturday, so I was a bit mad that I somehow undid it all.

I started walking too. A few weeks ago. I do about 1.5 to 2 miles depending on my hip pain. Walking is suppose to help though. Doing it 5 days a week minimum.

Keep at it. Most people notice results about one month in. Don't worry about weight fluctuations cause your body will be adjusting. Inflammation from exercise causes water weight too.

I'm hoping I can lose 10 pounds in the next 2 weeks since that's when I'll probably need to visit my doctor again :krillinpalm:

If you want to see the scale move faster do sprinting. You run as fast as you can as long as you can and then once your heart rate is up you walk to bring it back down. Repeat 4 or 5 times. This works for most guys. Idk why lol

I've been trying to do something to that effect. At the very least, I am slowly incrementing the amount I can run without stopping.

Keep at it. Any form of HIIT will do the trick.

I plan on it. Need to get my health in a much better condition over the next several months.

It's all good. It's all bleeding together for us.
I guess those fruit trackers help. Like the ones that say your baby is the size of a _____ every so many weeks. That could be fun to do for your guys.

Also regardless of if it is a boy or a girl, I fully expect you to introduce the kiddo to DBZ at some point. :disapprove2:
