We need a cart narcs thing for this.I think they're scum even if it's an ordinary product. It's the same as leaving your trolley lying around.
There's no clear defined trolley return where I live (apart from underground parking or at the shop). The accepted thing seems to be to leave it at the entrance of the shopping centre. But I always walk it back to the supermarket (like an extra 2-3 minutes round).
