I heard about this. I think this is Disney attempting to make lost money. They have been bleeding millions through Disney+ cause no one wants to watch their modernized garbage.

This is why Sonic 3 was almost double Mufasa during the first week in the Box Office. LOL.

I’ll definitely check it out. I got the Disney/Hulu bundle, so I mean no reason for me not to give it a chance.

At least here in the US. I think Worldwide, Mufasa made more that first week. I wanna see it, but I am going to wait til I can watch it in the comfort of my own home.

Is this reboot going to be a one and done season or are they intending on continuing it for several seasons? I have to wonder cause I can't see this being any good. 95% of reboots absolutely suck.

I think its meant to be a one-off. At this stage I desperately hope so.

Honestly would've been better as one long movie over 4 episodes if ask me. Breaking it up like this tbh will kind of just be annoying and slow the pace down slightly.
Yeah just do a "special episode" of sorts and have it be 120 min or something. I think this is just them trying to get more subs to Disney+ on nostalgia boosting so spacing it out guarantees them some number of growth to try to help boost their stocks.

I'm not opposed to a mini-series. Particularly if it's good.

The new Futurama seasons overstayed their welcome.
