The Official Pro Wrestling Thread

Exactly. Its interesting that this is the reason some folks say they're no longer watching, but totally ignore the Jimmy Snuka and Chris Benoit shit. Yeah, Vince is a shitty person and there are a lot of things to dislike about the guy. But getting mad about Brock is retarded. Then again, look at the people getting offended by it.

They even get upset when you remind them of who Tony Khan's family donated money to in the last three presidential elections, haha.
Most people are either happy about Brock or indifferent. If people want to stop watching over Brock or Vince that is their choice. It doesn't bother me lol

I see far too many people trying to make others feel bad for stuff like this though which annoys me. Like if something happens and you choose not to support a person or company or band or whatever, don't go out of your way to make others feel bad for wanting to still enjoy it. But this is on X so this is just standard negative nancy stuff you'll find about anything on such a platform lol

Yeah if I don't want to watch something, I dont have to watch it, and if someone is mad about it then they can be mad.

Also

Let's drop this nugget for anyone claiming Brock is innocent. But she's probably wrong also to a certain group of people

If they did spend time together, it was consensual and the bigger issue is that Vince was pimping her out to wrestlers and abusing her. Unless Brock forced himself onto her or abused her, what exactly is he being accused of? Am I missing something?

I mean if he cheated on his wife regardless, I view him as a POS. So if he did sleep with her, he still cheated. I view Bray in the same light. Dude cheated on his wife and I never liked him after that.

Well it would be him taking part in sex trafficking..because that's exactly what this was. He didn't only take part in it, he didnt report it either. Its no defending any of it.

I am glad I have no cares for wrestling anymore since almost all companies are either meh, eh, or sleh. Though as mentioned before the only real thing i do keep up with is Toni and her whole hollywood thing going on.

So he knew she wasn't just a prostitute but being manipulated by Vince? I think people are conflating the differences of her being trafficked and her being a prostitute which seems to have both happened but only Brock was name dropped, right? If there are other dudes were they not named for a reason?

I can't be arsed to go through all of it so I asked AI for a summary.

Lesnar's Knowledge of the Allegations: The available information presents a complex picture regarding Lesnar's awareness. The lawsuit details that McMahon shared explicit photos of Grant with Lesnar and told her, "He likes what he sees," as part of the negotiation process.

Lesnar is alleged to have requested Grant to send him a "piss vid," which she did, and he reportedly stated he would have lost interest if she hadn't.

However, the lawsuit does not allege that Lesnar knew Grant was being coerced or trafficked, nor does it claim he was part of the overarching scheme.

Some sources suggest Lesnar may have been unaware of the full context, viewing Grant as someone who was "slutty" and willing to do anything, and that he never actually met her despite the arrangements.

Other sources argue that his actions, such as requesting explicit content, indicate he understood the situation and was willing to participate, even if he didn't know about the coercion.

The legal team for WWE reportedly cleared Lesnar to return, stating the reason for the lack of press conferences was due to the sensitive nature of the case.
I mean Brock did cheat on his wife based on this stuff, so he is a pig in my book for that. Not going to not watch Cena's last run because he is a pig. He isn't ruining this for me lol

I'll have to find all the text later that leaked. But those point to him knowing. John Laurinaitis was part of it also so that's another name. But he's gonna get off light because he flipped and gonna go against Vince to save his own ass.

Not to be "that person", but realistically nothing will come about Vince being arrested/sentenced because he is buddy buddy with Orange Man so he will get off

I don't even think it is about the orange man, Vince just has money and connections. Would not be shocked if he went to a certain island at some point either. But at this point, it is just looking like one big club and we ain't in it!
