I never finished that Kirby game on the Switch lol

I did play most of the older titles and I am fond of those.

Why?
You could get the dlc and then play it!
Star crossed world is very pretty!

Also how much of the lore do you know?

I think I just lost interest, I don't remember. It wasn't a bad game I am just not into those kinds of games as much as I used to be I guess.

I probably don't know much about the lore. I just grew up playing the games.

Which games did you play i can tell you some lore!

I preferred when Kirby games were more simple. The first one was about beating King Dedede, and then Adventure, Dream Lands 2 & 3, and 64 were all about beating dark entities. The games since Return To Dreamland have all this complicated lore and weird gimmicks to boot.

The lore isnt that complicated! Especially on a game by game basis!

For example:
There is an old clan called the ancients who build a bunch of stuff!
THe two main things are
The dream fountains/Starrods
And the novas (yes mutiple)

Sone tidbits to know about them:
They are from the forgotten land (so probably human)
And theres two groups a science group and a magic group!

I almost bought Kirby on Gameboy when I first got my Gameboy Pocket because my parents thought it looked wholesome from the box art.

I ended up with Bugs Bunny's Crazy Castle instead. :krillinpalm:

To this day I have played about 5 minutes of Kirby in total between Gameboy and N64 ROMs.

I think I also just stopped caring about new Nintendo games in general, as this isn’t just a problem I have with Kirby. I like their old games more because they didn’t try to be anything more than simplistic, but now they try to create games with more complex stories that don’t always land, and they’ve lost some of their innovative genius to boot.

I would still ssy nintendo is crazy innovative (for example zelda tears of the kingdoms fuse mechanic or splatoon)
But yeah their games are more complicated!

Maybe play the links awakening remake then thats just straight up the gameboy game!

Or maybe play 2d kirby? (They are basically the same as superstar)

Tears Of The Kingdom’s strongest quality is its gameplay and I would say that it’s a huge improvement over Breath Of The Wild in that aspect. However, everything else about the game is hit or miss, and the story is its weakest point by far.

Outside of the cutscenes, I like Link’s Awakening for the Gameboy more than the Switch graphically. I would also rather play Ocarina Of Time 3D or even Majora’s Mask 3D than I would Switch Link’s Awakening as far as Grezzo’s Zelda remakes go.

2D Kirby played it safe for too long. That’s actually the best thing about Forgotten World.
