Thanks, mum.You need to keep stuff that is more filling on hand like protein and cereal bars. Or get some frozen breakfast sandwiches you can eat instead of cereal.
I used to buy muesli bars to take to work. Since getting married, my wife has been more obsessive with me getting my weight down (which with high blood pressure and being over 200lb is not the worst idea). So I'm trying not to eat so much. I have no self-control.
