You need to keep stuff that is more filling on hand like protein and cereal bars. Or get some frozen breakfast sandwiches you can eat instead of cereal.I wish it was super cereal or I wouldn't be hungry.
It doesn't usually last very long for me. If I go on a roadtrip, I usually get a breakfast burger or McMuffin or something to tie me over.
