I don't recall any more differences, but I do remember reading the manga and noticing quite a few differences and was wondering if my memory was failing me or if it was really that different.
 
For the most part, I prefer had the manga handles the actually fighting but the Universe 6 arc is definitely exception. The fact that Piccolo was so worthless against Frost really irks me. I'm so glad that the anime gave him a moment to be awesome even if he ultimately lost rather than the manga which had everyone tell Piccolo he was out-classed and then proved everyone right by having Piccolo lose in like two-three pages.
