Apparently during the height of That 70s Show's fame, Danny Masterton had acquired a hobby of taking women to his home in Los Angeles and forcing himself upon them. He's now been charged with 3 counts of forcible rape and faces a possible sentence, if convicted, of 45 years to life in prison. He was also not prosecuted on two other counts of forcible rape, one for a lack of evidence, and one for a statute of limitations issue.

If he did indeed do this, then I hope they throw the book at him and he goes away for a long time. It doesn't matter who you are or what 'status' you might have, rape is just disgusting.

It's not hard to see it happening, for sure. Some people absolutely take advantage of their 'status' in order to get what they want from people, so it's not that much of a stretch to suggest that it actually happened. We'll see, though, time will tell.

Yeah, it's one of those industries that I just have no idea how they manage to keep going. Filming videos all day every day, and some of them are so deprived, I just...that's one industry that I'm sure people think it must be a dream to work in (probably mostly men who think that), and yet the reality must be such a (pun semi-intended) grind. I have no idea what it feels like for the women, not having a vagina, but being penetrated for hours a day cannot be a pleasant experience whatsoever. A massage therapist of sorts my cousin went to when she was a kid had him touching her inappropriately but she was conditioned to believe it was okay and normal not only by him but by her own mother who was sleeping with him at the time.

That's awful for her, and also terrible what a parent can allow themselves to let happen to their child. Nothing can excuse doing anything inappropriate to a minor, but especially a parent letting it happen. Irrespective of the relationship you might have with someone, if they're doing or trying to do something inappropriate to a minor, you get rid of that person and report them ASAP. Nothing you have or could have with that person excuses what they are or want to do to a child. How someone could condition a child to ever think that it was ok, either...just makes you feel horrible that she had to go through it.

I haven't talked to her in years. Her mother and father did a number on her. She was a very nasty girl to me as she got older. I felt bad for her for a while but I couldn't deal with her lies and manipulation.
