No, though my brother does. He has a cute dog, a small one. He (the dog) doesn't live here, but my brother comes here every weekend and brings him. It's cute because he likes my brother to the point even if I, who he knows every since my brother and his girlfriend got him, is always defensive when I get close to my brother... But then I pet and play with him and then he's already all friendly haha... Like I can't get close to my brother without "passing the test" of giving the litt' dog some affection firstly.
I was never too much of a fan of dogs and cats but I really like the loyalty and attachment they have to their owners... And I know how much my brother and his gf like him, and I'm just happy that, despite them living in an apartment, they always take care of him so well to the point he's so attached to them... So when the little dog is here, here and then I give him some affection. I also like when my brother leaves him with me when he goes out so I can take care of him in the meanwhile, feels good going out on a walk with him and having him with me when I stay up at a portion at night studying, for example (he always chooses to lay down near the chair and table I am in... Like, just a good company.
I don't have one though because I know it takes a lot of discipline to take care of one so I don't think that's a decision I'd do without fully planning.
Metallica. I think that would be the only band that I like that would qualify as a metal band, even though Metallica is more hardrock than straight out metal imo (which I honestly prefer, though their metal albums like and justice for all, ride the lightning etc are very good too, for most the best ones). And tbh Metallica is also my favourite band over all bands. It's the only musical group that I've followed in a closer way, from many albums, to the band's history, to interview with member if the band, their insights, their struggles and inspiration for songs... Only band that I've spent legit time listening to the lyrics and trying to interpret them. To give meaning to more abstract ones... Only band that made me look at the whole thing as a album, story of the songs, in depth interpretation, interviews, their perspective on some of their songs and on music in general, many libe shows.
There are other bands I like, but I don't really follow them. I'm more like the type of listening to some hand picked songs that I happen to enjoy the melody, but it interested in getting deep on the bands like searching their albums, lyrics, etc.
Uh yeah Metallica is rock. But I don't like every type of rock. Older bands are more aligned with my tastes even tho I'm young. Like The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Rage against the Machine (some songs), Pink Floyd.
No. I like Master of Puppets due to the lyrics... The live versions, specially older ones, have a raw energy that is cool, and there is a very cool blend between that hard instrumental with a softer, more melodic one towards the middle of the song...which is a nice break... But not my favourite. I like the load and reload album a lot (many good songs from there). Many fans seemed to be let down with the album. I didn't follow the band from the inception ofc I started listening to it in 2018 or so, so the experience they had may be different in terms of the contrast. But I really like the themes of the songs from load and reload, they show some vulnerability, mixed with anguish, despair, earning for improvement, existential conflicts, perspective changes and growth... That are very relatable for me.

What do you think makes Yoshi so cool? And wouldn't the World be a much better place if we were all more like Yoshi?
