They keep wanting to do remakes of movies that did great when I have been saying for years, they need to look at movies that did fair or poor and remake those to be better. It makes more sense to me. Like yeah, they are banking on nostalgia but they just end up pissing most people off when they remake movies that have cult followings or did well in the first place.

Me and Jay have been watching the Bear and Josh Hartnett is in it as a minor character. And I have not seen him in a long time but I remembered my cousin had a massive crush on him. I couldn't remember the movies he was in though I know I have seen some with her.

So a movie I think they can do a remake of that would do well today is The Faculty. I actually enjoyed the movie when I was a kid. I should not have been watching it as a kid but my mother was not very good at screening anything us kids watched or simply did not care, idk. Either way I watched the trailer of it again and remember bits and pieces of it. I think it could be one of those remakes that if done correctly, would end up being a really good movie. Maybe not even "remake" it but take the idea and build from it. I would however make it a college age story cause it being a high-school age story was kind of weird looking back.

That being said, what are some movies you think that are average/mid that would do well to remake now?

Me whenever anyone suggests to reboot or remake a movie:

I want to see old Disney movies not made by Pixar reimagined but I’m also afraid they might ruin them.
