Anyone watch/read this? It's a soccer anime. It's pretty brutal for what it is.

I got hooked, and now I'm reading the manga. You're right, it's nothing super special, but it definitely is a lot of fun.

Nice, and i read/watched it because I got into sports anime for a while because it kind of started booming and this was one of the first one I read.

I never heard of it. I see it is newer. I have not watched anything "new" in a while in terms of anime.

Appears to be sports centered so my interest is gone lol

It's just an over-intense amimeised Hunger Games soccer. It's oddly crazy and entertaining for what it is.
