My first reaction to seeing this is the woman was on drugs but now I am thinking she might have some level of schizophrenia. Poor puppy.



He ends up taking the puppy with him and I hope he showed the video to the police.
 
I don't care if she's on drugs, crazy or both, she needs to get locked up for that. Jail, mental institution, whatever, get her out of the public now. That poor damn dog did not deserve that and you could hear from the yelp before she threw it that the dog was already in pain, possibly from earlier mistreatment. Good on that guy for taking the dog with him, I hope that dog has good and spoiled life moving forward, because that woman does not deserve to be anywhere near an animal. I can't stand people like that, and kudos to the guy for staying relatively calm while she kept coming up on him. Most would've called the cops the second she started that little act.

He should have called the cops and kept recording her. She was keeping him from getting into his own car. I don't even think that puppy was hers. She very well could have stolen it from someone.

Agreed, in retrospect he really should have gotten the cops involved. I'm glad the dog isn't with her, that's the main takeaway, but she just needs to be either in jail or a "behavioral health facility."

Yeah, she seems to be on something and given her body language, she doesn't seem to have any idea what was going on.
