Gotta fine-tune your diet to help your body out. I know it is doable to reverse the damage. A few people (family and family friends) have done it and they are older than you. I can't imagine it is easy though since you are a full-time caretaker. Worth making small changes as you can though so you feel better.

The scientists who discovered HIV said the covid vaccines at a mass level (mass vaccination) was a mistake and he died today.
Just last week he warned that people were testing positive for HIV after their booster. WTF is going on...

That reaction made me lol... but seriously, wtf man. I mean I remember people joking about testing positive for HIV last summer (because of the vaccine) but I didn't think anything of it. I hope this is just down to the tests being wrong and people didn't actually get HIV. The UK is urging straight men to get tested and the Netherlands has "super AIDS" going around. It just seems weird.
