I played Chrono Trigger in my late teens and I love that title too!
Probably FF6 because I favor the FF series more, but Toriyama's artwork for Chrono Trigger is timeless.
I tried getting into Chrono Trigger but I didn't get the combat system (or really try beyond that).
I'm hoping if I'm getting it direct from Sony I'll have it soonish. The last drop from one of our big department stores (Big W) was about 2-3 weeks ago and won't start shipping until July 11.
I nearly got one then but I was waiting to see what became of FF7 Rebirth (ie whether it was a launch exclusive or not)
Yikes, that's quite the shipping delay! Hopefully you're right and Sony will be a bit more expedient!!
Not sure what things are like globally, but over here our shops only get a handful of stock every couple of weeks. There's a bot that monitors it all and sends out alerts. Usually it's a race to beat the scalpers.
Fucking scalpers, should be shot. Ruin it for everyone else. I'm glad you managed to grab one! They're still not exactly common here, but I think they're definitely far more available than most other countries.
