I started doing rebounding again, doing a minimum of 30 min a day but aiming for 45 to 60 min. I started sometime last week and it seems to be helping with my pain although I hurt my back yesterday and had to ice it for 3 hours lol

I've given up on exercise, LOL. I like being fat.

Don't overwork yourself, but don't give up. Even a 20-30 minute walk every day is a world of difference.

You'll thank yourself in 20 years.

Speaking of Spiderman/ Spooderman my Spider Man Costume just arrived!
Its based on the raimi Movies and looks surprisingly good althgough i wont rule out that it could be a fake!
I wouldve gotten the comic book version because of this goofy Spider:

But it wasnt available But i guess Raimi has the silver webbing so thats going for it!

Brock had to go to the vet today. Having some eye issues and runny nose. We are $350 poorer lol

Going to have to give him eye drops, two different kinds and ear drops along with oral tablets and he has to get is teeth cleaned in the near future which is not cheap. Someone needs to push through some sort of bill that includes pets on insurance, they are family too!

It is something like 70% of the population in the US owning pets at this point.

I think 25% alone own cats and something like 38% own dogs. So much can be done to help people better care for pets.

I would guess somewhere around 10%, they are the third on most stat charts behind cats.
