I’m not sure if I would call her mainstream just yet tbh. She’s had like one song make it on top the charts.
There is a time that maybe you saw her and don’t remember. Remember Trump’s first term? I remember they had some sort of 4th of July concert during that on tv, and she performed on it.
I wasn't paying much attention to stuff like this during his first term. I didn't start to like him until over half way through it. lol

Welp, just drove back to the town I grew up in. Going to two funerals tomorrow (well technically today). One is for my Uncle who passed at 81. The other is from one of my lifelong friends Mother. Dude reached out to me two years ago when my moms passed, so it's my time to show up for my boy.
Just found out my real estate agent just died. She was 45ish, and the daughter of some church family friends. She had a cancer episode and then a stroke in the last week.
Really sucks.

I think it's confirmation bias, coupled with the fact we're getting older, so people dying "younger" is because our view of "young" and "old" is rapidly changing.
I am sure that is partly true but people under the age of 50 are much sicker than they were just 30 years ago.
Fun story for you guys 
My e-sports coach just put me with the newest person on the team. So this was because the spring season of SSBU is starting soon, and with a new season, new people will show up wanting to play professionally, this is fine, this great even! With that being said alot of the new people arent... great when they first start out which is fine because we've had alot of people join and then get really good. The catch is that this guy JUST got here and signed up for the 2v2 bracket and my coach being a fucking OMEGA genius, decides to not only let him, but put him with me? ?????? keep in mind there are people who are here that are not only around as good as me, but better, but that distance can be closed with reliable teammate. but no. this guy hasnt even played smash before, I had to help him change his controls. We start and he not only wasnt helping, he also was an active nerf because when he tried to help he ended up hitting me. How do I tell my coach that this was stupid as hell. And I'm upset because now I look like ass Infront of people that could get me a FULL RIDE into college and now I'm sitting here still tight, trying not to go off on this kid cuz now he's acting like his lose was MY doing. Help.
