Well, according to the video, I did the beginners portion so at least I completed that. Might be worth just sticking to that and doing it twice for now. I remember I did that DDP yoga before and felt like I was going to die. It made me cry lol but it got easier the next time, and easier the time after that.

No, I did not have it. Got almose halfway and had to stop. Those jumping jacks messed up my right shoulder. lol I'll have to do it again tomorrow. Eventually, I will be able to finish it. Didn't want to screw up my shoulder anymore though. Nuts that I did it for like 10 min and I am covered in sweat and feel like I got hit by a bus. I must be very out of shape lol

Yeah, definitely don't strain yourself out doing it, but you'll get there! Each time will get easier and easier until you're doing the whole thing with ease!

Good news and bad news everyone.

My old job's dining room is now open 100%, so I can be a busser there again.

The bad news is I'm debating over whether I want to have a vaccination shot since it's a restaurant. My brother is opposed to it for example. What do you guys think?

I guess this depends on who you live with. If you get it (the virus), you will likely be just fine but if your family has medical issues and can't risk getting the virus, it might be risky. The virus itself is weak so if you just keep yourself clean things should be fine. My mom is considered "high risk" and my brother lives with her and works at a hospital, he hasn't been vaccinated yet.

That workout I started, yeah it really messed up my shoulder and screwed up one of my legs. I have no idea what I did so I am just going to have to stick to walking for now. I mean that is still good exercise and it will help with my circulation as well. I will have to wait until I can go to a chiropractor and get sorted out before I can do something else.

Yikes, that's really unfortunate! Hopefully you're healed up quickly, shame that workout did that! :gulp:

Starting my walking today. Going to aim for 10,000 steps per day, every day not including my normal moving. For the time being, I am just going to do laps in my house. Once the yard is not so muddy, I will walk laps outside. We have a track in the park close by but I don't think I am comfortable enough to go for walks on that alone. Going to work up to 15k steps and eventually 20k steps a day. I am going to have to time myself and see how long it takes. I will switch to doing laps in the pool once it is warm enough so I can get my D3 levels up as well.
