I am always looking at houses and I found one I liked but later came back to and see the potential of it and now I want it! But it is in a good area and will likely sell too fast! 
Has a big yard, half-finished basement, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (we intend on spawning or adopting), and the purrfect spot for a cat enclosure!

Yeah, the housing market is a harsh one! the good ones go super fast, the terrible ones are always available.
