I started training Yuki to sit and give paw for his food... Like yesterday and he is already doing it. I fully expected him to mess up when I went to show Jay. Fry still doesn't know how to give his paw (unless we are sitting at the table eating food) but he does play fetch.
He is learning from watching Brock. Brock learned from watching Twig. Twig learned from watching the dogs. I didn't even train Twiggy, he just started doing it on his own lol
Funny how trainable cats are even when hardly trying yet a lot people think they can't be trained to do anything. I think they are more trainable than dogs in some cases, so long as you have an example for them to look at and associate the command with.
Very true. We subservient humans must take great pride and feel honoured when a cat decides to interact with one of us.
It's why I'll never own a cat. Why would I want a hyper-intelligent creature that doesn't listen to me? I already married one of those!

My girlfriend doesn't like cats, and mine has been driving me nuts these past few weeks, so should it ever move to a farm, I probably wouldn't get another cat in a hurry.
