Understandable, and now you have a chance to look for something else, maybe even something completely different. Maybe that becomes the one you stick with long term. You never know when you find something you love :)

I already loved the bussing in my most recent job more than I did my first job. My father told me that he wants me wait a few months before job hunting again, and I won't be working at it as long as my first job for sure, and it won't be another restaurant job because I won't get a better restaurant job than the last one I had for sure. My family wants to move out of town in three years anyway.

It's an amazing investment if you don't mind working with your hands. There is such a chronic shortage of young people like yourself in the trades that you would have a solid career until you decide to retire. People still need plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and if you want to get really sassy, welders :LOL:

Been having bad anxiety and unable to sleep for a good 10+ days. Started having stomach issues. Pain, acid up my throat, etc. so I've been worrying about that. Went to the ER today. Got told I was perfectly healthy. Going to likely be a $3,500 bill. Yay, anxiety!
