So been working on my garden all day on and off. Finally done. Jay got me some spearmint, a lavender plant, and some marigolds. One of the hummingbirds showed up as well.

Ah, spearmint, fantastic! Nothing like a fresh bit of spearmint! Lavender is wonderful, as well, and down here it's used to keep scorpions away. Marigolds are a great touch of colour. Sounds like it's going to be a great garden!

All three plants are meant to keep pests away. Just have to hope the lavender takes off. It is a baby plant. The flowers and spearmint are already bloomed.

I was taking those spearmint supplements but decided to just order more tea. That seemed to help my skin issues the most. I don't think these supplements were doing much of anything.

Only other job I applied for before I finished school was a brand new supermarket that opened. I applied because some of my friends were.

I got hired, did the induction (and got paid for it) and then they never called me for a shift.

Generally it's hard to get a job though, that's why the employment rate for adults in America is normally 5%.
