Nah she would have gotten me sick putting her hands in my m&m bag if anything. I was around Jay when he had covid, I was taking care of him and didn't get it.

Hope I start feeling better soon. My stomach keeps growling cause I'm eating way less. I get too gaggy from coughing so I don't like eating. Can't taste much either. The worst part of this is the pain and weakness. I feel drugged half the time. My entire back hurts and my occipital neuralgia is worse right now probably from the inflammation.
I have not been sick since 2011 when I had H1N1 and that was bad but I felt better sooner. I think having insomnia is screwing me over right now. I can't sleep through the night so my body isn't getting enough rest.

Still not feeling great. Trying to force myself to sit up. Been blowing my nose so much I popped my ear and that was painful. I keep using a heat pad on it.

I managed a bowl of rice. First full meal I got down since Saturday. I lost like 8 pounds from not eating much. I am trying to move around more today. My lymph nodes are finally down. The one one so swollen my face hurt. This has been hell.
Still having nasal congestion and I did this and it improved by 50%. This is crazy! I felt it in the first 10 seconds.

Uh oh lolLost around 2.5kg (about 5lb) last week. Somehow put it back on over the weekend.
Could just be water weight going up. Most people carry 5 to 10 pounds of water cause we don't drink enough. My weight will go up as much as 5lbs when not drinking enough water.
