tl;dw - looks like it's only employee data (and not really much of it). If that's all they got, this is one of the most lackluster breaches in recent history.
To clarify, any given company is at the risk of a breach at any given moment. Healthy security and processes generally treat it as a "when" not an "if". This is why IT people look at you really disappointedly when you re-use your password on other platforms, or try to use unapproved services for business things.
