What I mean from the thread title is what weird details in the series have you thought were random and unexplainable?

For me personally, I always thought it was weird whenever Yajirobe came into the battle field with Goku and Vegeta fighting in the Saiyan Saga. Where the hell did he come from? How did he know they would be there? LOL.

Why was Gohan so unnecessarily cruel to the dinosaur when he cut pieces of it's tail off and cooked it, leaving the dinosaur to suffer with an open wound? So cruel!

How is it that Mercenary Tao is still Mercenary Tao when the only human parts left, apparently, are a mouth and nose? To that same end, how did Grandpa in the village know so much about martial arts as to know about Gohan's strength, and yet was still no match for Taobot? Train harder, bro.

How much Saiyan blood has to be in a person to achieve any level of Super Saiyan. I thought about this when I began DBZ back in the day and to this it has always wondered me. Because Goku is 100%, Gohan and Goten is 50%, Pan would be 25%, Pan's child would be 12%, Pan's Child's child would 6%, Pan's Child's Child's child would be 3%, and Pan's Child's Child's Child's child would be 1%. ANything beyond that would be like .50% and so forth

Wouldn't they all still be able to go super saiyan? I read somewhere that the lower the saiyan blood percentage, the more potential they have, but the less will to fight they have, which makes sense, if you follow the track record with gohan, and then goten and trunks.

Since Toriyama went all George Lucas on us with S-Cells and stated that the more S-Cells a Saiyan has the higher potential for growth and the ability to become SSJ. Apparently they increase through training, but more so by living peacefully. It's his explanation why Trunks and Goten could transform so young. :idk:Whatever.

All the genetic hooplah went out the window with Goku Jr. in the GT OVA going SSJ. As well as Vegeta Jr. and they're like barely Saiyan if you break it down from 7 generations.

That is where my question came from exactly. Because that would mean that if you had like 0.01%Saiyan blood then Super Saiyan is achievable, which seems pretty dumb.

It doesn't make sense and the fact that Toriyama even went down the S-Cells route is aggravating. Goku Jr. is all Toei's fault though. These people, I swear:annoyed:

I thought Goku Junior and Vegeta Junior were like 6.25% Saiyan.
No because the sayian blood had been diluted over so many generations, to the point where they were basically humans.

I agree, at that point your basically human, so I don't see how it's possible for someone of that low blood to achieve super saiyan.

Ive always thought that it was weird how in super goku somehow achieves kaio ken with ssgss, when in the manga this never happens. I thought it was a weird detail, just to give goku a one up against vegeta's power
