Dragon Ball GT first aired in Japan January 6th, 1996. Making today the 30th Anniversary of GT!

I have been rewatching GT on CrunchyRoll and had no idea it is the 30th Anniversary! Seems the Great Ape inside knew. :)

What are some of your favorite memories?

Do you plan to stream GT again soon to commemorate it?

I was ecstatic, I been really getting into GT and to learn its the anniversary felt like Black Star Shenron being like “Soooo be it!” :D

I only watched it once and while I didn't care much for the beginning of the series, I did like a lot of aspects of it but I don't intend on watching it again anytime soon. I think I watched it for the first time in like 2018 or something like that.
 
I remember when "the lost episodes" hit the states and aired on Toonami. It was in the dead of winter, so I always think about GT during the winter.

I wish they'd do something special to celebrate this milestone, but I doubt it.

Fun fact in db and z in germany only sexual scenes and like 1 or 2 violent scenes were cut in gt however about 15 episodes are missing!

New db dvds atleast include the cut scenes in japanese with subs but these scenes were never dubbed!
And on my dvd they are missing!

Atleast our manga is 100% uncut!
 
GT in Japanese is fantastic!

I've been going through GT again after nearly two decades and I only ever watched it dubbed back in the old Toonami and DVD days. It's a whole other show watching it colour-corrected (SOM) and in Japanese.
