Agreed. Plus, I think these days anime actually works towards your advantage with the womens...since...well...the womens like anime, too.
I have two daughters. Both like the animes.
Nicely done! Gotta' keep the interest going into the next generations, but it does seem like Anime in North America has grown from just a niche thing back when I was in high school to something everyone enjoys these days, for the most part, male and female. Hell, it was a girl named Tiffany when I was in middle school that introduced me to anime beyond DB and DBZ, so without one of them the womens, I'd never have done the deep dive into the animes that I did when I was younger. Go go the womens!
I really haven't personally met a female who is into anime. My wife is just sort of indifferent to it, but I'll take it. She plays her games, I play mine!
