Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

This game should be called Dragon Ball Z Gohan i mean you get giant filler sections with gohan and i cant even walk as goku from the hospital to Briefs!
 
Almost 2 years on, and even from Day 1 I'm still enjoying it. Since finishing all the quests, I've only been playing on updates now (the most recent added Vegito and Gotenks). But I am quite impressed with the DLC, the general length, and all the cool things they threw in.

If there are 2 mods i suggest its the Costume mod and the playable support Characters mod!

Bardock DLC came out. So far it seems to be largely based off the original movie. Haven't gotten very far, but does add some nice back-story for Bardock and his crew, as well as Vegeta.

Im reffering to the Episode Bardock bit... Than again Episode Bardock sucks so yeah!
 
The 23rd World Tournament DLC opens with Goku's final showdown with King Piccolo. That was a pleasant surprise.

Though after watching so much One Piece, it's very weird hearing Kid Goku sound exactly like Luffy.

I preordered this... despite saying I'd never buy another DBZ game again. Quickly regretted it.. never got passed the Saiyan saga.

I was into the more open world style, though, it was really grindy from what I remember. But what I hated most, which was similar to what I hated about other DBZ games, were the enemy ki spam attacks as well as it just seemed there were always too many enemies, on top of being spammed. It just really ruined the experience for me.

You won't like the Bardock DLC where you have enemy swarms then. :fact:
