Been a long cold winter, at least where I am. I know some places see little or no snow.

I'm ready for it. I want to get some sunshine on my bones and enjoy my pool. Hoping it isn't too rainy this year.

Oh yeah. I plan to get rehired at my old job soon. I'll lose weight on the job and eventually get more active to lose even more weight. I'll also probably be outside a lot as well as go to the beach for vacation. It'll be a great summer for me personally.

Can't say that I'm looking forward to it, myself. I currently live in Arizona and we're already seeing 90+ degrees (f) here, so I'm not particularly excited about the 110+ that's heading this way soon enough. Even less so considering the A/C in my car is not working :(.

Ouch, well I can understand not looking forward to that. We only have a handful of days that reach near 100 or go over.

I loathe summer. lol

Here in Tennessee, it's just pure mugginess with all of the humidity. I always look forward to the end of September for the temps to come back down.

High humidity is the worst. We usually get a lot of high humid days in the spring but if the predictions are right about it raining more this year in the summer, I dread to think of how hot and humid it will be out there.

And the thing about it is, is that it feels really good while it's raining. Then when it stops... woo, boy.

I hear you on that, I've lived in Arkansas and Texas, and wow are those humid places at times. Never fun dealing with that high humidity. People say Arizona's better because it's a "dry heat," but I'll tell you from experience, "dry heat" or not, the high 110s are not fun to go through. Hot is hot, regardless of how it comes.

Giving this a bump. While I am not big on heat, I need some sun. And considering what is going on right now, summer just means we are closer to going back to normal. I am all for that.
