I thought he looked more like Perfect Cell, but some of his facial aspects looked Semi Perfect.

I did love Cell Max’s design. I mught have voted for him in poll.

But Imperfect has that parasitic and terrifying demon devourer nature.

I hated cell's character, but imperfect cell was at least cool looking.

Bug version of Cell. Especially Kai in Japanese. Absolutely unhinged performance by him, in a good way, with all the weird noises and the grunting after every couple sentences.
