I remember the first time I saw these guys. I had a pretty good laugh. The dancing and posing is what did me over. I thought it was hilarious and cheesy as heck.

Thinking back, I never really picked a favorite but having watched DBZ again from start to finish just last year, I think Jeice was my favorite. He was a coward but in a comedic way and his accent was a nice mix-in when it came to the dubbed version.

Who is your favorite from the Ginyu Force?
 
It has to be Recoome for me. Jeice and Ginyu survived longer but Recoome had better fights than Jeice and wasn’t handled as poorly as Ginyu (I thought the body swapping was stupid). It’s worth noting that Burter had a worse time on the battlefield than Jeice and Guldo was a lot weaker than Recoome, Jeice, and Burter (who all had pretty much the same strength, as implied by Krillin).

I couldn't get past the gym rat vibe he had. Like the type of dude that is strong as heck but had nothing going on upstairs. I think that is why I never cared for him. He did have some solid fight scenes though for sure.

ginyu, he lets goku go because jeice trapped goku and ginyu got him, he fights by his own strength and abilities. and he looks cool.

Burter's always been my favorite I think, and I'm not sure I ever had a reason to try and identify why. He's blue and tall, that's a plus. His head looks like he's wearing a part of his armor as a helmet. But I guess past that, I always liked speed type characters and that did make him pretty fun to play in some of the video games (though admittedly, Ginyu is usually the most fun in games for obvious reasons).
