Any Harry Potter fans here. Which book of the series is your favorite and why?
Mine is the Half-Blood Prince.
Mine is the Half-Blood Prince.
I actually preferred the last book, The Deathly Hallows, personally. It was a decent read.
Well that's always the case, sadly. Hollywood skews the original story to fit a scream narrative, so when you're expecting the story to match the book, you're often disappointed. Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit films, and so many more. Only marginally close to the books, and missing many important parts.ALL of the original seven books are GOOD BOOKS although, none of them are perfect, they are MUCH BETTER than the movies.
I also never read the books, but enjoyed the movies and will occasionally rewatch them. As to my favorite, I'm not really sure. I liked it more when they were a little bit older and more experienced. I feel like there was a lot of hype for Harry and almost no delivery, however. They should have had a Goku moment where he takes it to the next level at wipes out the enemy.I never read the books. Not much of a book reader, never have been. I did see all the movies at least once. Those are decent for what they are but I don't ever have to watch them again. Was never into the franchise like a lot of people though.
That's quite the unique approach to getting through the seriesMy favourite of the books was Half-Blood Prince. My history with Harry Potter goes something like this, watched the first three movies, read the first half of the fourth book then watched the second half of the fourth movie, and I finished up the series by reading books 5-7. I may have missed some stuff in the middle of the fourth one during the transition from book to movie, but nothing's perfect.
The last book was more interesting than the others for me, though they are all amazing.I actually preferred the last book, The Deathly Hallows, personally. It was a decent read.
