Dragon Ball doesn't have as much interesting world building as some other Manga I have read, but there are some interesting locations out there for sure.

Mushroom Forest and Yunzabit Heights are pretty interesting places when it comes to Dragon Ball, IMO. There's some fascinating lore when it comes to Planet Namek's original landscape as well.

Considering most of the places are desolate wastelands or generic cities, it's hard to get excited about most of the locales in DB, but I do agree that Namek was interesting, and while it wasn't exactly much, King Kai's planet was neat in a fun way. The fact you could get around the entire thing about 30 seconds was hilarious. Otherwise...yeah...sort of generic landscapes and cities...

I do like some of the ravaged cities in Future Trunks' timeline. Not only is it a different landscape than the rest of the cities, it also has a different, more lifeless atmosphere.

True, those ravaged cities were pretty interesting. The fair ground place they went to at one point was very Chernobyl-esque and that was pretty cool.

It's Namek without hesitation, though Supreme Kai's World is always like the most beautiful looking arena in any of the games, so it's got that going for it.
