Which is why the Russo-Sino split in the early 60's was such an important event that helped shape the outcome of the Cold War. Both Russia and China are working on closing the rift because they see us in particular and the West as threats to their own gains.
I know Russia and China don't like each other but I also know they will make moves based on what the other one is doing if it means benefiting themselves and screwing over the US. If Russia moves on Ukraine, China most certainly moves on Taiwan.
They have been working on it for a few decades now. They are the biggest funders in universities in the US and look what those are doing to people. They also line the pockets of politicians with money to sway what they do and what they pass.

I'll give praise where it is due.
Biden signed off on a chip plant being built in Ohio. A 20 billion-dollar investment. They are building the factory this year and it will be up and running by 2025. It is about time we started making our own chips instead of outsourcing. What this is telling me though is Tawain is going to get hit by China.
