I didn't start using forums until I was 21 lol

My first experience was on a wrestling forum as well. I can't remember what it was called but I got sick of people giving me the third degree telling me I wasn't a woman so I left and found another one. Met my husband on that one. He was an admin. That forum is gone though. He ended up buying it and later selling it and it just tanked and the guy that bought it just cut ties.

Would be funny if we were ever on the same ones.

Only one I can think of that I was on, that’s dead now that you could’ve been on, was Impact Wrestling Forum. Not to be confused with TNA Impact or anything lmao. But yeah. The first one I was on was a small small forum. I can’t even remember the name. I can only remember two people from it. One dude was named James, the other Mo. 🤣 I can’t remember anyone else. Other ones I been on are still around so, I won’t name those.

I don't know the first one but it was centered around the games, the one I met my husband on was wweforums.net.

Man, you met your husband on there. I was on Pokemon forums as a kid and the only people I ever met on them kept getting arrested trying to meet up with me.

Tbf I met one person from a Pokemon forum I was friends with since I was 13. She's three years older and we only met in person for the first time a few years ago.

:krillinpalm:
I have seen some... not good interactions on Pokemon forums and Minecraft forums. Like you could just tell there are adults on there trying to get kids. It freaks me out how many there are out there, and you always find them where you know kids will end up.

I guess I'm the unlucky of the bunch here. I have been on forums since the turn of the century (2000). And never fell in love on a forum and [never] got married.

I was 20 when I discovered forums, and unlike everyone I went to forums about video games. The first one was a GameCube forum. I then bounced around forums over the years.

I then built my own online network of blogs and forums.

What was I doing before forums you ask?? AOL chats. MSN, Yahoo. My early teens was all of that. Learning how to type. Learning how - everything.

Many people don't understand how someone learns. Now its cellphones and tablets. I don't know how I will be able to teach my niece how to type. Sigh. Self learning is better than most typing classes - they're boring unless you have a brand like Mario aiding the process.
