How stupid does one have to be to think that SSJ4 is literally Gold Great Apes Power but Controlled!

Weirdly enough... she could yes Seriously why? She Beat Rildo who is said to be stronger than Majin Buu!
But yeah still WEird considering that Majin Buu Was Destroyed by the Spirit Bomb so Pan Would Have To Grow Up, Become A Super Saiyan and go to Kaios than she might stand a Logical Chance!
Also Technically Everyone could beat Everyone with Enough Trainning even the retired Roshi Trainned and suddenly became one of the strongest fighters in the multiverse!
God Dragon Ball is weird!
 
Didnt she beat him in the Super 17 Arc tho? I could be misremembering it!

Frieza destroyed an entire planet (Vegeta) full of people hundreds-thousands of times stronger than humans with a single blast. No one needs convincing that Buu was the greatest threat in Z; it's just a completely brain-dead "SEE HE DID IT WITH TRACKING BLASTS" when all three of them could have done something similar if they wanted.
