Hey all, I wanted to throw together a ranking of 5 hairstyles that Gohan has had from worst to best. It was hard to pick! Would love to know your thoughts.

Gohan Hairstyle: Namek Saga Gohan​

• Season: Dragon Ball Z’s Namek and Frieza Sagas
• Age: 6 years old
• Super Saiyan: No
• Fighting: Yes

100% the mushroom cut was the worst

Super Saiyan Gohan​

• Season: Dragon Ball Z (Cell Games Saga)
• Age: 9-10 years old (Given that a year inside the Hyperbolic Time Chamber equates to a day outside, Gohan’s physical age would have increased by a year during their training, even though only a day passed in the outside world.)
• Super Saiyan: Yes
• Fighting: Yes, training with Goku

This is where Gohan became cool and stopped being such a sook

Ultimate gohan​

• Season: Gohan achieved the Ultimate form during the “Majin Buu Saga” of “Dragon Ball Z.”
• Age: The age of normal Gohan hairstyle is when he achieved the Ultimate form is around 16-17 years old during the Majin Buu Saga.
• Super Saiyan: No, Gohan was not in his Super Saiyan form when he achieved the Ultimate state. The Ultimate form, also known as Potential Unleashed, is a unique transformation that brings out Gohan’s latent potential without the need for the Super Saiyan transformations.
• Fighting: Ultimate Gohan’s most notable battle after achieving this form was against Super Buu. Even with the new Gohan haistyle, he was quickly overpowered by Super Buu with little effort. However, as the battle progressed, Super Buu absorbed Gotenks and Piccolo, gaining an advantage over Gohan. Later, Super Buu also absorbed Gohan, further increasing his power.

Gohan proved that super saiyan isnt that cool and extended the chance that the universe could be strong without transformations

Gohan Cell Fight SSJ2​

• Season: This transformation took place during the “Cell Games Saga” of “Dragon Ball Z.”
• Age: Gohan was 11 years old (9 in the manga) during the Cell Games saga.
• Super Saiyan: Yes, Gohan transformed into Super Saiyan 2, which is an advanced form of the original Super Saiyan transformation. This was the first time the Super Saiyan 2 form was introduced in the series.
• Fighting: Gohan was fighting against Cell, who had achieved his Perfect form. The transformation into Super Saiyan 2 was triggered by the death of Android 16 and Gohan’s accumulated anger, which allowed him to tap into this newfound power.

I would say up until the new transformation, super saiyan 2 was the coolest. When I was a kid I wanted to be this Gohan for sure

Beast Form Gohan​

• Season: Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero
• Age: Varies, but primarily during his young adult years.
• Super Saiyan: Yes, it’s an evolved form of Gohan’s Potential Unleashed state.
• Fighting: Yes, notably against Cell Max.
