So I saw Ken and Buff react to the video. I was laughing a bit until I realized what was going on. Dude was having a manic episode of some sort. Possibly drug induced psychosis or psychosis brought on by being sober. His girlfriend kept saying he was sober which would imply the latter. They didn't seem to find anything in his system or he likely would have been charged with it. You can get severe delirium if you abused alcohol for years and go sober cold turkey.

I think in cases like this, cops should have someone familiar with mental health problems to assist them. They are trained to recognize this stuff and know how to keep people calmer than cops.

 
I watched that body cam footage a couple months ago, and yeah I do think Cops need to be trained in some sort of mental health treatmen to help people like him, or have some sort of division for such cases.

Essentially, yes because not to get too political in here, but America's prison is filled more with people who need mental help than actual crimes and those who did crimes at times have a just cause. There is a documentary about this issue, but I have long forgot the name of it.

Most of the homeless issue are mentally unwell people too. I don't know how you go about fixing this stuff but there has to be something done.
 
Honestly, if you brought back mental wards or whatever they were called in the 80s before Ronald Raegen closed that would be a start in a manne rof speaking.

I think they need to be brought back but need to be better regulated to prevent abuse. We have nursing homes all over the country that abuse people. We got lots of problems.

Oh for sure the abuse was one of the main reasons for shutting them down, but I like to think some people would be genuie in helping others. And yeah Elder abuse is another thing that just gets me pissed man, like what the fuck.
