I will say that the animation itself looks really nice but everything else about it screams "kids show" to me.
 
I agree about it being for kids, but I could say the same thing about Boruto. I think it'll be just as good or bad as Boruto, which I find worse than GT but better than Super.

Just like some of my favourite bands, they have to do something new and sometimes it hits, other times it doesn't.

They've had kid characters all throughout the series that are likable but the entire casting might be different.

Honestly, I'm just happy to be getting something new, and hope it does well so maybe we get other new stuff also. Cause I'll be honest, I want new Super lol, but legit def feel pretty excited for this.
 
Its probably gonna feel like the Red ribbon saga which was really good!
(And its not about "everyone is a kid" its about goku and kaioshin going into the demonrealm for an adventure!)
 
So I’ve seen the episodes out so far and want to come back to this. I’m really enjoying it, fun little show. It isn’t the best Dragon Ball show, but it’s honestly really enjoyable and fun. I look forward to seeing the rest of what it has to offer.

Still waiting for the dub. I'm a bit mad because it's premiering in some Australian cinemas tomorrow; and we're going to the city where it would be, but we won't get into there until after the last scheduled session. And then going to the airport at 4am the next morning.

I'm hoping they release it on CR at the same time so I have something else to watch on the plane ride.

Do you like the Pilaf through red ribbon army arcs? Do you like the dragonball stuff on namek!
Do you like the z filler with gohans suvival then youre gonna like this! (although granted the start is a tiny bit slow)

Everything I'm reading about it... despite all of Toriyama's involvement, just sounds like it's aimed at a different group of people, not fans that grew up with DB.

Its 100% aimed at fans of db Remember Db started as adventure and comedy with shorter fights and thats exactly what daima is!
Its about Goku, Kaioshin, two new characters HAving an adventure in the demon realm with Bulma, piccolo and vegeta joining in later!
It has very pretty fight scenes, cool lore reveals, basically every new character is a peak classic toriyama Character think the GAmmas or pilaf then theres glorio whos really cool!
Theres Intrigue about who the main villain is!
 
I am waiting on the dub and for it to be done in full. I am going to give it a chance but I am in no rush.

I want Super to return so I can see Moro in action. That is what would get me excited.
