I thought it over and now I remember why I didn't initially get into it. I like the filler. I know a lot of people don't but I found it entertaining. I also don't keep up with the manga. I am planning on getting into it in the future but as of right now, I don't follow much of it outside from possible new stories that will branch over to the anime. Comics/manga have never appealed to me on a big level which is why I likely haven't gotten into it yet. My main staple has always been the original Dragon Ball Z. I am a huge fan of it and will always be a huge fan of it. Super is great and I enjoyed GT for what it was. I also liked Dragon Ball but Z to me is the peak and when I look at Kai, it feels like it is just a copy/paste of something I already loved. Does that make sense? Will I eventually watch it? I am sure I will but I am in no rush for it.
