Canadian actor/voice actor Kirby Morrow -- known for his roles in X-Men: Evolution, Inuyasha and Dragon Ball Z -- has passed away at the age of 47.

Wow, that's unfortunate, he was a skilled voice actor. Wonder what it was that took his life, and best wishes to his family and friends.

I didn't watch this version but still, sad news.

He lived here in the Vancouver area like most Ocean Group folks. The family is keeping it quiet so he must have had a terminal illness.

I am really sorry for his family. He was awesome as Goku and he was one of the best versions of the character other than Ian James Corlett and Sean Schemmel.

My condolences go to his family and friends. The Ocean dub may have had its faults, but it was still better than the Funimation Dub was from the Raditz Saga to the Ginyu Saga.
