Last thing you ate?

I had a brooklyn style pizza from domino's, first time I've ordered that from them, it wasn't as horrible as normal Domino's. It could've passed for decent pizza, almost, but still fast food quality. For the price, though, a decent option...

When chain pizza is done right it is good but it seems like only 30% of the time it is done right anymore.

So very true. Can't remember having anything good from Pizza Hut, Papa Johns or, prior to the one today, Domino's. They're just fast food throw it out quickly pizzas. Shame, because you spend a bit more and go to the mom and pop shops, you get amazing pizza...why can't the chains do that?

This is my favorite pizza:

I haven't had it in years. It is pricey but I can legit eat almost an entire medium-sized pizza from this place.

Looks like a tavern style pizza, with the cracker-like crust. Agreed, those are amazing! Super thin, super crispy and so flavourful because you're not just eating crust with a hint of toppings.

It is a legit Italian pizza place in Ohio. They are the only place I have never had a bad pizza.
Ah, makes sense, then. Proper pizza from proper pizza places never goes wrong!

You should try that Di Carlo's place I linked either earlier here or in another thread. They're based in Ohio and used to have locations down here in AZ, fantastic pizza and completely different from the norm.

I shall add it to my "to try" list :tasty:

Fair warning, though, it's a cold cheese style, so they don't add the cheese until the very end after it's been baked. Makes for an incredible taste!

As for me and the last thing I ate, a friend brought over some Pizza Hut...I'm not sure if we're still friends after doing that to me...but it counts as food, I suppose.
