I had black beans with peppers and onions over white rice for an early dinner. Gotta eat more of dem beans.
I had pancakes and bacon to revive my damaged soul after a night of drinking.
Was going to have a frozen dinner but it looked as if someone left it out the freezer all day and then just put it back. Who the f does that? It looks stale and half of it was pouring out the bowl but it was frozen. Thanks, Walmart! I know not to get frozen dinners from you anymore!

Oh for sure! It's so easy to contaminate food that way, undercooked, re-frozen meats...DANGER!
