Last thing you ate?

I don't think I ever had a cheese sandwich without it being grilled. Merica' lol

You're missing out, particularly with a nice strong cheese!

+ ham and red onion is a must.

A decent choice, but I'm of the strong cheese by itself or cheese and branston pickle persuasion :D.

Anything but an extra-strong, mature cheddar in a sandwich is not acceptable. Something which is seemingly not a thing in the US. No Colliers, no Cathedral City, no Seriously Strong. It's all pretty crap.

Pickle is okay I guess. Smooth is preferred.

Cheez Wiz. It goes with anything and is the only way to eat a Philly cheese steak.

This is very true, proper cheese is very hard to come by. You can occasionally get a semi-decent extra-sharp cheddar, but for the most part there's just nothing.

Ugh, no. Cheese needs to be cheese, not "cheese product."
