Absolutely terrifying scenes, I certainly hope for the best for those there, and that they find out the root cause of the explosion. The video of the explosion...it was just devastating!
It was still a tragedy what happened. I don't even want to imagine the terror those people are going through at this moment. One day your friend or relative goes to the factory and never comes back... The reason is still unknown, people speculate it might be a terrorist plot. It will be a blast in the economy too I think. A friend of ours received news that they will probably have to close the ammonium nitrate factory and lose the job because of this event.

Oh it's absolutely still tragic what has happened, and what is happening in general in Lebanon is awful, economically and politically. You feel horrible for the average person in Lebanon and hope that this incident will draw attention to the shoddy political landscape they are facing.
